We are proud to launch our well being spaces at certain locations throughout The Manual Network. Quiet spaces for you to take some well deserved time-out. We've listened and worked hard to create areas where you can come to visit, bring, swap or read a book or explore a multitude of useful resources that you can take away with you...Relax...Enjoy!

Guidance
We are providing you with a guide that we feel best fits the use of our spaces.
If your need a little time out or an alternative environment in which to come and sit and think, that's great!
We have provided a PC & Telephone in our Wellness Space in MP3 (we are awaiting final plans for Northampton due to the refurbishment programme that is currently underway) should you wish to do some research or contact Melissa Trenfield our Occupational Health Advisor.
Please ask your People Manager for the authority to leave your work station prior to visiting these spaces.

OUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Looking after Partners is key and we’ve been investing in Partners' health and wellbeing since 1929, 19 years before the NHS – when we introduced free in-house health and medical services to all our Partners. Today, this continues through the new Health and Wellbeing team.
The Health and Wellbeing team brings together Partnership Health Services, Partner Support, Leisure Benefits and Financial Assistance, into one holistic service and will focus on all aspects of physical, psychological, financial and leisure wellbeing - all leisure benefit activities are supported centrally as part of the Health and Wellbeing team, where you can find out more through PartnerChoice.
